Roadmap

This roadmap outlines the planned developments for the Hadox infrastructure and documentation portal. It serves as a shared vision and coordination tool for all contributors.

✅ Q1–Q2 2025 (Completed / In Progress)

  • [x] Set up docs.hadox.org with MkDocs Material.
  • [x] Configure reverse proxy with HTTPS (Let’s Encrypt).
  • [x] Enable SSH-based Git deployment via Drone CI.
  • [x] Define complete documentation structure.
  • [x] Document infrastructure, workflows, onboarding, and application setup.
  • [x] Launch developer portal and begin onboarding contributors.

🔄 Q2–Q3 2025 (Planned)

  • [ ] Add per-application documentation: Odoo tenants, Neo4j schema, agent interfaces.
  • [ ] Expand GitOps documentation with secrets management and branching strategy.
  • [ ] Add architecture diagrams and visual system maps.
  • [ ] Introduce live previews for documentation changes via CI/CD.
  • [ ] Integrate contributor metrics and documentation analytics (Netdata, Plausible, etc.)

🎯 Q4 2025+

  • [ ] Multi-language documentation support (starting with English/Spanish).
  • [ ] Search optimization and AI-based Q&A on top of docs.
  • [ ] Community feedback loop for contributions and suggestions.
  • [ ] Visual dashboards to track application health and deployments.
